In response to popular demand, this Conference saw our experts go into more detail around the business processes that Kimble supports, and the software's capabilities to support them.
We focused on two themes that were voted on by you, our customers, with workshops exploring each theme happening simultaneously in separate rooms.
- In room one, CEO Sean Hoban and CMO Mark Robinson explored the ins and outs of "Analyzing Reports and Trends for a more scalable business." These sessions focused on prioritizing the KPIs that matter, using trends to look ahead, and taking action on what those metrics are telling you about your business.
- In room two, Chief Implementation Officer Peter Fitzpatrick and Product Evangelist Andy Bowers lead workshops on "Generating Accurate Forecasts and Prompt Billing." They discussed how to ensure that Operations are acting as enablers rather than police.
Delegates were able to participate in either of those interactive tracks before the entire Conference came together in the main room for a demonstration of features in Kimble's new Winter 19 Release.
